Healing is a journey it is never ending,

In such a busy world, take a breath to pause to inner peace within, feeling the earth supporting us below with each step we take, feeling into the space around us, with each step we take we release a vibration through the earth, with each step allow the body to release and feel into the present moment, the future has not arrived and the past is non existent, the only thing that exist now is the present moment the here and now.

Where to begin with the Healing journey, to start healing is not a destination, it’s not something you do and then you are healed. Healing is a journey your soul takes over many lifetimes. Healing is infinite, it’s never ending.

Everyone’s healing journeys are different and unique, you never truly know what someone is facing, in a world as busy as this - be kind.

Personally I can only talk on my own experiences - hoping that one day this will find the right person, and help them along their journey.

You are not alone - you never were, it was just perceived to be that you are alone.

You made it this far, and I believe within my soul if you are still reading this Blog then the messages here are for you.

Take what resonates, leaves what doesn’t.

One of my personal first parts of healing, is the knowing deep inside that you see deserve better, you deserve to be free of pain. Once you believe that you deserve to be free of suffering - no matter what kind of suffering it is you are facing. Then you have already planted the first seed of Healing.

In order to start healing our wounds We have to feel, no matter how painful and how much it hurts and no matter how much you want it to stop.

The only way is through. Through the pain.

Firstly I’m going to touch on a really deep and important topic when it comes to our healing journeys and that is about how distractions, people and relationships can take us away from or interfere with one’s healing journey. And ways that healing gets blocked

How many times have you ran away from your self? From your problems, the problems will continue to follow you where ever you go, unless the deeper healing journey begins.

Healing can be blocked, whether emotional, mental, or spiritual and will often involve facing uncomfortable truths, painful memories, or ingrained patterns and behaviour. Sometimes people unconsciously avoid that inner work because it feels too painful or uncertain. Instead of confronting what’s within, they may seek external distractions. Start with your own shadow work and don’t focus on other people’s shadow.

when the pain is to much we often find ways to numb the pain, through distractions, a big distraction for our healing path is Gossip, gossip Is very low vibrational, when you indulge In gossip, you are lowering your frequency, the energy behind Gossip often involved a judgmental or comparison, insecurity’s coming through, when you feel the need to put someone else down in order to make your self feel better about your own life. Some people will join in gossip as a form of bonding, so they can feel included

That energy contracts you — it pulls you into defensiveness, pettiness, and disconnection from compassion. Even listening to gossip can shift your energy lower, because it subtly reinforces negativity and separation.

Raising your vibration doesn’t mean avoiding people or pretending to be perfect — it means choosing alignment over ego.
You can shift by:Speaking encouragement instead of criticism.Practicing empathy — “I wonder what they’re going through.”Redirecting conversations toward growth and truth.Surrounding yourself with people who value authentic connection, not drama✨ Gossip is low vibrational energy.It might seem harmless — a little talk, a shared opinion — but gossip pulls your energy dow. It feeds judgment, comparison, and separation. It distracts you from your own healing by focusing your attention on someone else’s path.Every time you speak on someone’s name with negativity, you lower your own frequency. You move away from love, empathy, and truth — the energy where real healing lives.High vibrations don’t need to prove, compare, or condemn. They observe, understand, and release.Protect your peace by choosing silence over gossip, compassion over criticism, presence over distraction.
That’s where your energy starts to rise. ✨

Other forms of distractions from the healing journey can involve smoking weather that be just cigarettes or weed, alcohol, partying, roller coasters, moving away, running, driving even exercising can take you away from your healing and so much more.

People can also become a distraction, unmeaningful relationships form by unhealed (unhealing) people to scared to face what needs to be seen, within them selfs.

We’re only human, and humans will often rush into relationships and friendships or keep family members around, to fill holes, like emotional voids, or loneliness. No one should be lonely, but we have to learnt to love our selfs fully and enjoy our own company, which we can’t do when we rely on external things, or relationships.

We have to learnt to validate our selfs instead of looking for validation else where.

Often to turn away from our own healing we will often find someone to try and heal, by focusing on someone else’s problems rather than our own, Theres a message here and its to FOCUS ON YOUR SELF. - do not worry what others are doing or what they are not doing.

Surrounding your self with chaos is another form of distracting your self from the true healing that needs to be done, be heal we need to find stillness, and stillness doesnt exist in chaos or drama or gossip.

No one can save you, no one can heal you, but you.

these are all forms of distraction. a distraction can be anything, something that takes you away from your pain, in the moment it feels like release, but the pain will come back , and unfortunately this is not healing.

This is numbing,this is blocking it out, this just pre longs the process and in the long run makes it more difficult. Yes exercising is crucial in your life journey. Although when it comes to the path of healing - first you have to sit with your self and all your emotions, feelings, sensations - feel it all. And then release it.

Don’t hold your tears in, sometimes we can feel shame, anger or other negative emotions about crying, or as a child we were told not to cry, to hold it in and be strong.

Truth is tears are one of the most powerful forms of release, they help us release what no longer serves our highest good.
